Coming up with an idea
So this is my first post on the blog in which I am supposed to come up with an idea that has never been thought of, or an improvement on something already done. I've been thinking about this for the last two weeks, and I still have had some trouble. So I decided to ask myself a few questions in order to determine what I would create. What are some things that I enjoy? Well I enjoy sports, but other than that most of the stuff I like are incredibly lazy, such as watching TV, playing video games, and sleeping. So from this, you can probably already see I don't like to exert myself. Just to give you an idea, I lost the remote in my room for a week. I barely watched TV that week, and when I did watch TV it was only ESPN. That is not because I enjoy watching Sportscenter until I have the entire episode memorize, it was because I was too lazy to get up and manually change the channel. What are some things that I do not enjoy? I would say I don't enjoy running (no purpose whatsoever), walking long distances (such as to class), and obnoxious people. The third one does not really fit, but I am starting to figure out something that I would like to see made. It should be something that hones in on how lazy I am. It should allow me to no longer have to walk or run again. So what exactly would that be? A teletransporter? That's too unrealistic. A bike with jet engines? Its called a motorcycle. A sidewalk that moves? Hmmm, actually, that isn't too bad. If the Detroit airport can make a moving sidewalk that seems to go for miles , why can't we make one that goes across somewhere a little bit bigger, like the Syracuse University campus? Well I'll lay out the plans for my sidewalks, it really should be a revolution in travel. Just as long as we don't lose the remote that turns it on and off.
